Hilary Duff takes a short break and then wraps up filming scenes for Law and Order SVU in NYC on Tuesday (March 24).
For the upcoming episode, the 21-year-old actress will be playing Ashlee Walker, a irresponsible young mother who is suspected of murdering her baby. Duff also will make a guest appearance in Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Ghost Whisperer.
Duff is expected to return regularly to TV starring in a NBC comedy called Barely Legal. The show is loosely based on the true story of 18-year-old Kathleen Holtz who became California’s youngest lawyer.
