Dengan Hanya Menggunakan Tools Notepad,,Insya Allah anda boleh mempercepat Buffering Video di youtube atau di mana2 saja

•Klik Start → RUN
•Di dalam box RUN,,tulis → system.ini



•Kemudian akan muncul notepad yang ada tulisannya

•Sekarang,,Copy Teks Dibawah ini,,Paste di bawah teks yang tadi

Untuk pengguna Windows 7 :
- click run > type system.ini
- paste code yang diberi > save as kat desktop
- copy file system.ini kat desktop tu (file tu nama system je)
- paste kat My Computer > Local Disk (C > Windows
