Spend Wisely to Save Money

Spend Wisely to avoid wasting Money

Have you ever noticed that the things you buy weekly at the grocery and hardware stores climb a few cents in between shopping trips? Not by much…just by a little each week they continue to creep up or higher.

All it takes for your price to jump up by a lot is a little hiccup on earth wide market, note the price tag on gasoline as it relates to world affairs.

There is a way that we can keep these price increases from impacting your personal finances so much and that is by buying in quantity and finding the perfect prices for the things we use and definately will continue to use everyday… stuff that will keep equally efficiently on the shelves inside our homes as it does on the shelves at the food store or hardware store.

As an example, dog food and cat food costs about 10% less when bought from the case than it does when bought at the single can price of course, if you wait for close out prices you save in excess of that.

Set aside some space in your house and make a listing of things that you use regularly which will not spoil. Any grain or grain products must be stored in airtight pots that rats can’t get into so keep that planned.

Then set out to obtain the best prices you could get on quantity purchases of particular things like bathroom items and dried and canned food.

You will be surprised at how much you are able to save by buying some sort of twenty pound bag of rice instead of a one pound tote but don’t forget that it must be kept in the rat proof container.

You can aquire some clothing items for example men’s socks and underclothing because those styles don’t alter, avoid buying children’s as well as women’s clothing, those styles change and sizes alter too drastically.

Try to acquire as well as keep a two year method of getting these items and you will save hundreds of cash.
