Britney Spears was in Manchester, England when she gave a shout out to the wrong city on Wednesday:
"What’s up London?"
Britney is traveling all over the world, she’s lucky she was even close to the right city. So if Britney were to play Shanghi, and gives a shout out to Dallas, Texas, just clap and have a good time with it. After all, Britney is more fun when she’s not all there.
