The dress Miley Cyrus wore (above) to the Oscars appears to have been inspired by the character Glinda from the Wicked musical (below).
Also of note, despite being only 16 years-old Miley has a memoir out called Miles To Go in which she wrote:
"The media has said some stuff about my dad and me being too close and too cuddly for a father and a daughter. For me and my dad it’s not weird at all."
Why is Miley so concerned about it if it’s not "weird at all"?
Miley is already talking about winning an Oscar next year, besides having written a memoir already. Is she preparing for her career to be over by the age of 21?
Looking at the picture below might be considered inappropriate, but that isn’t stopping Miley from wearing that low cut dress to the Oscar Awards.
